2. Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the main communication bridge between clients and the internal teams.
Conduct regular review meetings with clients to update progress, collect feedback, and address issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective engagement and timely resolution of concerns.
3. Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers, support staff, and operations.
Assign tasks, track performance, and mentor team members to ensure high productivity.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
4. Delivery Governance & Quality Assurance
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, company policies, and client expectations.
Conduct periodic audits, reviews, and testing to maintain delivery excellence.
Enforce best practices, SOPs, and compliance guidelines.
5. Budgeting & Resource Management
Manage project budgets, forecast resource requirements, and minimize cost overheads.
Track utilization and ensure optimal use of manpower and tools.
Approve invoices, work orders, and additional resource requests.
6. Process Improvement
Continuously assess existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Implement automation, new tools, or methods to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce TAT.
Conduct post-project reviews and document learnings.
7. Risk & Issue Management
Track risks, dependencies, and blockers throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide timely escalation and drive quick resolutions.
Maintain a risk log and update mitigation plans regularly.
8. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare weekly/monthly status reports for internal leadership and clients.
Maintain proper documentation including project plans, SOW, reports, and delivery trackers.
Present delivery metrics, KPIs, and progress updates to management.

Educational & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
5-10+ years of experience in project or delivery management
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Certifications like PMP, Scrum Master, or Prince2 (added advantage)
