Key Responsibilities

Oversee project delivery, ensuring high quality and on-time completion.

Provide technical guidance in Java, React, and Python-based projects.

Understand architecture and design principles to direct development teams effectively.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.

Lead daily stand-ups and drive Agile/Scrum-based project execution.

Manage client communication, track deliverables, and mitigate project risks.

Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in project or delivery management.

Strong technical foundation in Java, React, and Python.

Deep understanding of software architecture, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Prior experience managing AI or technology-driven projects preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
