As part of GbS Digital Technology Services we are seeking to recruit: Delivery Manager Security & Compliance
The Position
The main purpose of the Delivery Manager is to define, implement and manage end-to-end contractual agreements and service delivery of IT Suppliers in a fast changing environment.
The Delivery Manager sets the metrics, policies and standards for suppliers and interacts with the suppliers and the internal teams which follows agile ways of working. He/she is also the single point of contact for all contract related processes and activities within GbS TS (Group business Service Technology Services) in relation to the supplier. He/she will manage diverse partners in a very complex, global environment and find and maintain the right balance between challenging a supplier and maintaining and engaging partnership.
The key responsibilities in this position:


  • Leads service delivery through suppliers without formal authority

  • Managing Business Outcomes and financials of services;

  • Setting up and execution of governance in an agile environment;

  • Acting as single point of contact between customers & suppliers;

  • Creating a trusted partner relationship with the suppliers;

  • Will be accountable for the product delivery towards Business Outcomes

  • Accountable for the operational management with suppliers;

  • Accountable for measuring supplier SLA, XLA & KPI performance on metrics set to achieve Business Outcomes together with the Senior Delivery Manager (Product Owner);

  • Accountable for monitoring supplier adherence to contractual agreements together with (Regional) Service Delivery Managers.

  • Responsible for adequate communication and engagement with IT Suppliers

  • Ensures communication to all relevant parties to provide visibility and awareness;

  • Serves as the point of contact for internal partners on contractual matters;

  • Operational support

  • Supports Incident management: coordination of 2nd and 3rd level escalations;

  • Supports the on-going issues and change management that are being dealt in accordance with the business needs;

  • Responsible for adequate execution of financial matters

  • Creates yearly purchase orders and ensures that they are delivered to supplier in time to avoid payment delays or incorrect invoices;

  • Works with Sourcing, Finance and Supplier to ensure adherence to broader finance requirements such as accruals, forecasting, application of discounts/service credit, timely payments, etc.;

  • Monitors transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.). Track payments and deadlines;

  • Will lead quality and risks related items to contractual management

  • Maintains confidentiality between various suppliers;

  • Analyses and mitigates risk, specifically but not limited to contractual matters;

  • Together with Delivery Manager drives continuous improvement with suppliers and proactively acts on opportunities for improvement;

  • Will act as the linking pin between the functional owner, the business, and the supplier

  • Managing the supplier, safeguarding delivery of the service;

  • Delivery of Remedy on Demand service towards its users;

  • Translate functional requirements Service Process leads into a roadmap;

  • Realizing the roadmap of the Service Management toolset.

The Ideal
Education level

  • Bachelor or master's degree in Information Management or Informatics; possibly with further education.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Broad technical background around global and standardized infrastructure and network services;

  • Functional and technical knowledge around Vulnerability Management, Penetration testing, Firewall Assurance, Security Monitoring as well as Certificate Services and CSIRT;

  • Knowledge of ITIL (service management and lifecycle);

  • Should have exp working in Agile environment

  • Knowledge of applications and (possible) business impacts;

  • General IT infrastructure knowledge;

  • Excellent customer and business relations skills;

  • Ability to work in different cultures;

  • Ability to work with different line of business

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with good follow through, strong analytical skills. Able to prioritize and focus;

  • Team player who fosters teamwork in a global, multicultural and virtual context, leverages and orchestrates diverse partners with adequate sense of urgency to deliver full value to customers, share insights with colleagues.

Required level of experiences

  • At least 10 years of general working experience;

  • Experience in service delivery and contract management;

  • Experience in an IT environment > 4 years;

  • Experience in working with and managing IT suppliers > 2 years.
