Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive
Delivery Manager
to oversee and coordinate product deliveries, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage logistics, supervise delivery staff, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and monitor daily delivery operations
Ensure timely and safe delivery of products to customers
Supervise and guide delivery staff, drivers, and support teams
Coordinate with production and sales departments for smooth dispatch
Maintain delivery records, invoices, and documentation
Handle customer queries and resolve delivery-related issues
Optimize routes and schedules to reduce costs and improve efficiency
Monitor vehicle usage, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards
Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Mechanical preferred)
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or delivery operations
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, ERP preferred)
Experience in delivery/logistics management is an advantage
