Job Description
:
- Delivery Management having technical background
- Managing delivery of RPA, UIpath and Automation projects
- Managing a team of 30-40 people
- Experience in solutioning presales and architecture
- Experience in delivering automation projects to large Enterprises
- Experience in end-to-end management of automation projects
- Experience in preparing estimates, high-level proposals, frameworks for new business opportunities
- Ability to manage the complete BU for delivery excellence and bring value to organization and customer across multiple accounts
- Contribute in Sales enablement, developing customer champions
- Experience in preparing and responding to Enterprise size RFI / RFP responses
- Drive Initiatives and innovations at Org level as well as BU level
- Ability to handle senior stakeholders and present to leadership
- Handle Operations and bring improvements (GM, Utilization, Pyramid, Billing Leakage etc.)
- Excellent communication and fast execution is the key.
