To ensure customer orders are delivered on time by coordinating with courier partners, warehouse, and customers. Main role is to take regular follow-ups and update delivery status.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and follow up on all customer deliveries.
Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely dispatch and resolution of issues.
Update customers on delivery status when required.
Maintain delivery records and share reports with management.
Handle basic delivery-related complaints and escalate if needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream).
1-3 years of experience
in logistics, delivery coordination, or customer service.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email).
Organized and detail-oriented.
KPIs (Performance Indicators):
On-time delivery rate.
Number of delivery issues resolved.
Accuracy of delivery tracking and reports.
