An Ideal Candidate:
An ideal candidate with 10+ years' experience as Deliver Manager/Sr. Technical Project Manager with prior experience as developer with mentoring a team of 10 members team.
Key Competencies:
1. Plan, manage and deliver projects asper statement of work (SOW), ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quail.
2. Handle multiple projects and customers concurrently, balancing priorities effectively.
3. Manage projects with diverse technology stacks, ensuring seamless execution across different skill sets.
4. Strong programming background should be able to step into technical escalations, working with Project managers and Architects to determine the best solutions.
5. Provide input on estimates and technical proposals, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business goals.
6. Drive process improvements in project management, including risk management, change control, defect prevention, and quality assurance.
7. Establish robust status reporting, metrics generation, and analysis frameworks for informed decision making.
8. Manage a team of 8 - 10 direct reports, including Technical Leads, Project Managers, QA Managers, DevOps leads, and Scrum Masters.
9. Mentor, motivate, and develop team members, ensuring, succession planning for key roles.
10. Handle conflict resolution and performance reviews, fostering a high-performance culture.
