Job Purpose

As a Technical Program Manager, you will orchestrate the delivery of complex, cross-functional data and technology initiatives including custom agentic AI solutions. You'll partner closely with AI engineering, data science, data engineering and business teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution of programs that enable scalable, reliable, and impactful AI solutions for our enterprise customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or equivalent roles within Enterprise SaaS, AI, or automation platforms. Recent experience with successful delivery and implementation of agentic AI based solutions Proven track record of delivering cloud-based solutions (Azure preferred) and managing enterprise-scale deployments. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data platforms (Snowflake), and integration workflows. Expertise in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication. Demonstrated ability to work with engineering teams on AI or data-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities

A candidate will be responsible for delivery of work including:Lead end-to-end delivery of technical programs, from requirements definition and scoping to launch and post-deployment optimization. Translate product strategy into actionable execution plans with clear milestones, success criteria, and measurable outcomes. Build and coordinate cross-functional teams (AI engineers, data architects, backend developers, DevOps, QA) and ensure timely execution. Ensure adherence to success criteria (accuracy, latency, explainability, auditability) and manage acceptance testing. Oversee documentation and handover, including architecture runbooks, governance guidelines, and training materials. Drive change management and ensure smooth transition from MVP to production scale-up. Anticipate and mitigate program risks, proactively identifying blockers and aligning teams toward solutions. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, scalability, and enterprise readiness criteria. * Develop and review the project plan, milestones, and delivery.
