About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Patch Management Lead to manage a team of ~20 engineers and drive end-to-end patching operations for enterprise-scale environments (1000+ servers). The role requires strong expertise in patch management tools, multi-platform patching, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~20 engineers for patch deployment & compliance.
• Manage tools like BigFix, SCCM, SecPod, ManageEngine.
• Oversee patching across Windows, Linux, VMware, Nutanix, Databases & Middleware.
• Ensure patch compliance, reporting, and governance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for patch rollout planning & risk mitigation.

Required Skills and Experience
Requirements

• 10+ years IT Infra experience, with 3-4 years recent patch management leadership.
• Hands-on with patching tools (BigFix, SCCM, SecPod, ManageEngine).
• Experience managing 1000+ servers in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, compliance, and security patch cycles.
• Excellent leadership & stakeholder management skills.

? Preferred: ITIL, Microsoft, Red Hat, VMware, Nutanix, CISSP, or CISM certifications.
