THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end program delivery across multiple engineering squads, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with enterprise client goals.
This role blends Agile program management, client engagement, and delivery excellence. You'll act as the bridge between product, engineering, and enterprise stakeholders, driving outcomes that directly influence AI adoption at scale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Delivery & Execution
Own the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise AI projects.
Ensure projects meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary delivery contact for enterprise clients.
Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
Build strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.
Agile Leadership
Oversee multiple squads, guiding Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Engineering Leads.
Ensure Agile practices scale effectively across programs.
Track delivery health via metrics (velocity, throughput, release predictability).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product, Engineering, and AgentOps teams to align delivery with roadmap.
Collaborate with Sales & Customer Success on account growth opportunities.
Continuous Improvement
Implement process improvements, automation, and governance frameworks.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and delivery excellence.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
8-12 years in project/program management, Agile delivery, or technology consulting.
Proven track record in delivering enterprise SaaS, Cloud, or AI/ML projects.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and scaling practices.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Hands-on with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
Ability to manage budgets, resources, and risks at program scale.
Good-to-Have
Experience with AI, LLM, or multi-agent system deployments.
Familiarity with cloud-native ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Program Consultant, or similar certifications.
Experience in BFSI, GRC, or other compliance-driven enterprise domains.
