Role Overview:
We're looking for an accomplished Delivery Manager to lead complex, multi-stream digital transformation projects for our enterprise clients. This is a strategic client-facing leadership role responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and consistent business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple clients and domains, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.
Own delivery governance -- scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and communications.
Serve as a trusted partner to clients, driving engagement success and long-term relationships.
Guide and mentor project managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Customer Success teams for seamless project initiation and hand-off.
Implement Ambit's delivery frameworks and best practices (Agile, DevOps, Hybrid).
Track KPIs, ensure process adherence, and drive continuous improvement.
Identify risks, resolve escalations, and communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
12-18 years of total experience in software delivery / consulting / digital transformation, with at least 5+ years in a delivery leadership role.
Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise programs.
Strong understanding of CRM / CX / ERP / digital engineering project lifecycles (experience with SugarCRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is a plus).
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
Deep expertise in Agile / Hybrid methodologies and SDLC best practices.
Strong leadership, people-management, and conflict-resolution abilities.
PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications preferred.
Experience in a global delivery model and familiarity with onshore-offshore coordination.
