About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Patch Management Lead

to manage a team of ~20 engineers and drive end-to-end patching operations for enterprise-scale environments (1000+ servers). The role requires strong expertise in patch management tools, multi-platform patching, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of ~20 engineers for patch deployment & compliance. Manage tools like

BigFix, SCCM, SecPod, ManageEngine

. Oversee patching across

Windows, Linux, VMware, Nutanix, Databases & Middleware

. Ensure patch compliance, reporting, and governance. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for patch rollout planning & risk mitigation.

Required Skills and Experience

Requirements

10+ years IT Infra experience, with 3-4 years recent patch management leadership. Hands-on with patching tools (

BigFix, SCCM, SecPod, ManageEngine

). Experience managing

1000+ servers

in enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of ITIL, compliance, and security patch cycles. Excellent leadership & stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

: ITIL, Microsoft, Red Hat, VMware, Nutanix, CISSP, or CISM certifications.
