About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated

Tech Lead

to drive the end-to-end execution and delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in

AI/ML, Python full stack, or software development projects

, coupled with proven experience in

people management, client engagement, and stakeholder management

.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Take ownership of

end-to-end project execution

- from requirement gathering, design, development, testing, to deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to understand requirements and ensure successful delivery. Ensure timely project delivery with a strong focus on quality, scalability, and performance. Act as a technical expert in

AI/ML, Python full stack, and software development

projects. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and guide team members in their technical growth. Handle project risks, dependencies, and proactively resolve challenges. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, etc.) for seamless execution. Provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders. Continuously explore and implement new technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6-10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 2-3 years in a

Tech Lead / Team Lead

capacity. Strong hands-on expertise in

Python full stack development

(FastAPI, Flask, Django, React/Node preferred). Solid understanding of

AI/ML concepts, frameworks, and applications

. Proven experience in

end-to-end project delivery

. Strong skills in

people management, stakeholder management, and client handling

. Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and deployment practices (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
