JOB DESCRIPTION
o Strong business orientation, domain knowledge to comprehend user requirements. o Strong organizational, team building and leadership qualities. o Engineer / Postgraduate with 10+ years of experience in FLEXCUBE hands on experience with product development, support and implementation. o Having Extensive hands-on experience in FCUBS V11.x to 14.x versions. o Experience in any core banking implementation as Consultant or Solution Architect or Senior Product developer is mandatory. o Knowledge of Oracle PL / SQL programming is must along with various integration methods API/REST APIs, Microservices, Batch processing, etc., o Strong understanding of Hardware structure and knowledge about various platforms Unix/Linus/AIX will be added advantage. o Strong understanding of SDLC process o Strong interpersonal communication skills o Knowledge of Banking Operations in particular Core Banking, General Ledger, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance and other related Banking channels o Experience in Banking Production Support is an advantage. o Experience in Digital Core Transformation projects will be an added advantage o Responsible to design technical solutions to business requirements. o Prepare and maintain documentation. o Use effective judgement to weigh different options for achieving better results within appropriate timeframes. o Highlight any concerns affecting workplace deliverables. o Ability to break down complex issues and identify most important and relevant information and options. o Ability to present and discuss problems with others toward permanent solution. o Investigate and understand the cause of defects raised. o Interpret, understand and resolve user support issues. o Ability to perform root cause analysis. o Recommend solutions to system or process obstacles.
