We are hiring a

Delivery Manager

to oversee and manage the delivery operations of our

fish store in Calicut

. The role involves ensuring timely, safe, and hygienic delivery of fresh and frozen fish to customers while maintaining high quality and service standards.

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage daily delivery schedules and routes. Ensure fish products are packed, stored, and transported under proper temperature and hygiene conditions. Supervise delivery staff and vehicles for timely and safe deliveries. Coordinate with store, warehouse, and supplier teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain delivery records, invoices, and customer feedback. Monitor inventory, stock rotation, and vehicle maintenance. Handle customer complaints or delivery issues efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery or logistics management (preferably in food or seafood industry). Strong leadership and organizational skills Knowledge of cold storage handling and food safety standards. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
