Key Responsibilities

:

Lead the delivery of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution. Manage P&L and drive 10-15% YoY portfolio growth. Establish strong governance frameworks, risk mitigation plans, and delivery best practices. Drive innovation, operational excellence, and service improvements. Manage client relationships and ensure stakeholder engagement and satisfaction. Oversee a delivery team of 60-100 associates, focusing on mentoring and performance. Track project KPIs, ensure financial control, and optimize the cost of delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

:

15+ years of delivery/project management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience in Agile/Waterfall methodologies. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are preferred.
