Role Overview




We are looking for a

Senior Delivery & Portfolio Leader

to manage large, complex IT delivery portfolios, drive high-quality and profitable execution, and build strong client relationships. The role involves

end-to-end ownership of delivery

, people, financials, and customer satisfaction while enabling scalable processes and continuous improvement.
This position requires strong

leadership, delivery governance, customer management, and pre-sales collaboration

, with the ability to deliver

25%+ margins

and build a high-performing, employee-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Portfolio Management




Own and manage a

portfolio of 5+ projects

across multiple customers
Deliver projects

on time, within scope, budget, and quality


Govern large and complex

Fixed Price and Agile programs


Establish scalable delivery processes for

predictable outcomes


Proactively identify and mitigate

portfolio-level risks


Ensure lean delivery, optimal role ratios, and high productivity

Customer & Stakeholder Management




Build long-term relationships with

key enterprise clients


Drive

CSAT, customer delight, and value-based engagements


Act as the

escalation point

and proactively prevent issues
Engage with senior stakeholders and

CxO-level executives

Pre-Sales & Solutioning




Partner with pre-sales teams on

RFP/RFI responses


Provide delivery feasibility, effort estimates, and risk inputs
Support

deal structuring, scope validation, and contract finalization


Enable smooth transition from sales to delivery

Financial & Business Management




Own

revenue, margin, billing, and profitability


Deliver

predictable financial forecasts


Improve margins using delivery and commercial levers
Ensure timely and accurate client billing

People & Performance Management




Lead and manage a

60+ member delivery unit


Attract, retain, and groom high-performing talent
Drive

ESAT, motivation, and employee-first culture


Mentor leaders, plan succession, and enable career growth
Establish metrics-driven performance and meritocracy
Review and recommend

hikes and promotions

Operations & Capability Building




Manage demand-supply, hiring effectiveness, and bench utilization
Build delivery capabilities independent of individuals

Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

PMP / PRINCE2 Certification
Scrum Master Certification
Experience with

SAFe or Scaled Agile


Domain exposure to

BFSI (FinTech), Manufacturing, Retail, or EdTech


Experience in

AI adoption or AI-enabled delivery


Strong negotiation and conflict management skills
