Team bp (Dedicated Engineering Center for British Petroleum powered by Quest Global) is expanding at an exceptional pace, and with this growth comes new and exciting opportunities for talented individuals that are ready to take charge and make things happen. With several exciting projects lined up, we're looking for spirited individuals who can step in, take ownership, and lead a few of the key projects from the front.


This role is not just about managing delivery, but to truly drive it. You'll work closely with multiple teams, ensure smooth execution, and help us continue building the strong, collaborative culture that our team is known for.


We're looking for someone who's got the spark, the drive, and the experience to make things move.

Who can apply:

Band 3B, or Band 2A (M) professionals with at least 5 Years of experience in this role Must be from Energy / Aviation Verticals

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned key engagements within scope, timeline, and quality standards Manage communication across stakeholders - Customers, Quest Global Leadership, Technical Leaders Manage expectations across business and technical teams Drive collaboration across onshore and offshore teams to ensure smooth project execution Track delivery performance and proactively identify and resolve risks or bottlenecks Mentor and guide team members to build strong delivery capability within the center
