Job Description

:

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional with 6-8 years of experience in IT recruitment, managing end-to-end hiring for contract and contract-to-hire roles across junior to senior levels. The ideal candidate should also have strong team management and leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the complete recruitment cycle and ensure seamless execution of hiring mandates. Lead and mentor the recruitment team, allocate requirements based on strengths, and monitor performance and productivity. Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to boost recruiter efficiency and deliver high-quality results. Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting. Screen and evaluate candidates for skill fit, experience, and cultural alignment. Present shortlisted profiles to clients and coordinate interviews, offers, and negotiations. Manage candidate onboarding, background checks, and ensure timely joining. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure consistent service quality. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports. Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and professional email correspondence is essential.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
