We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Delivery Manager to lead the end to end delivery of Application Development and Maintenance services for key global clients
This role involves comprehensive oversight of project execution client engagement team leadership and transformation initiatives across a diverse portfolio of programs
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in managing large scale engagements driving operational excellence fostering innovation and identifying avenues for business growth
Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Program Management
Own the delivery of a portfolio of projects ensuring alignment with client expectations timelines and quality standards
Lead project planning execution tracking and reporting across the SDLC Software Development Life Cycle
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
Client Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary delivery contact for clients managing relationships and acting as the first point of escalation
Build strong client connects to support execution and identify growth opportunities
Analyze client feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives
People Resource Management
Align resources to projects based on skill and business needs manage team performance and development
Support recruitment and talent acquisition to build high performing teams
Foster team motivation mentoring and succession planning
Quality Compliance
Define and implement quality goals and processes in collaboration with internal QA teams
Ensure compliance with organizational standards regulatory requirements and client specific mandates
Transformation Innovation
Drive digital transformation initiatives including automation and next gen modernization
Collaborate with internal and client teams to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency
Financial Operational Governance
Track and manage budgets forecasts invoicing and profitability across the portfolio
Ensure adherence to operational excellence indicators OEI including delivery metrics audits and reporting
Proposal Growth Enablement
Partner with sales and solution teams to identify new opportunities and lead proposal development
Review solutions estimates and contractual terms for new engagements
Contribute to account planning and strategic growth initiatives
Technical Requirements:

Qualifications Experience
15 years of experience in IT delivery leadership roles
Proven track record of independently managing large complex engagements and global delivery teams
Strong expertise in project management client engagement and proposal development
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Agile DevOps and modern application architectures
Exposure to AI automation tools and digital transformation frameworks
Strong understanding of financials contracts and service level agreements SLAs
