Qualifications/Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Software Delivery Manager or in a similar role, successfully managing the delivery of software projects.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum, and their practical application in project delivery.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Proficient in project management tools and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Solid understanding of software quality assurance processes and practices.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster, etc) are a plus.
