We are looking for a proactive and experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead and drive end-to-end delivery of complex technology solutions. This role combines strong technical oversight with people management and operational leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, conducting team performance reviews, overseeing daily technical operations, and managing cross-functional delivery teams across programs.

Key Responsibilities

Proven experience delivering large-scale IT projects or programs using Agile and/or Hybrid methodologies.


5+ years of experience in technology delivery, including 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.


Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve backup-related issues efficiently.


Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, and enterprise IT systems.


Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


Experience in performance management, team coaching, and talent development.


Experience in ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards for security, privacy, and delivery.


PMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications is a plus point


Experience managing onshore/offshore delivery models.


Knowledge of ITSM practices and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).


Exposure to cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, or data platforms.

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software and infrastructure projects across multiple workstreams. Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Work closely with architects and technical leads to guide solution design, resolve roadblocks, and ensure scalable, secure implementations. Drive agile delivery practices and participate in key ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, demos, retrospectives). Conduct regular performance assessments and feedback sessions. Set individual objectives and development goals aligned with team and company priorities. Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals. Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards for security, privacy, and delivery. Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data. Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
