You will oversee the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring that not only do we meet client expectations, but we also exceed them. Responsibilities: Manage daily project activities with a laser focus on milestones and deliverables
Monitor timelines, scope, and budget to keep projects aligned and thriving
Foster regular communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders to cultivate collaboration
Analyze and mitigate project risks and dependencies, steering teams towards resolution
Work diligently on account profitability while delivering exceptional value to clients
Take charge of people management, motivating and guiding team members through challenges to success
5+ years of successful IT project management experience
Strong technical background that enables effective project oversight
Experience in pre-sales and crafting compelling commercial proposals
Skilled at managing all stages of the IT project life cycle
A proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
Ability to identify and promote new opportunities within existing accounts
Proficient in mentoring and leading project managers towards high performance
Expertise in employee management, including motivation, evaluation, and conflict resolution
Skilled in managing client expectations, gathering feedback, and discussing requirements
Experience working with teams of over 30 people in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, with confidence in engaging with diverse stakeholder groups.
