We are seeking a

Delivery Manager

with a strong background in Java and agile methodologies to lead offshore program delivery.


You will manage strategic programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and drive operational excellence across distributed teams. This role offers the opportunity to influence technology service improvements and collaborate with global stakeholders. Responsibilities

Manage successful delivery of strategic programs executed by offshore teams Ensure alignment of technology products and client services with business goals Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives Foster collaboration across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams Lead stakeholder engagement and communication across all organizational levels Oversee technology program management using agile, scrum, and devops methodologies Coordinate with global delivery models and third-party vendors Manage contractor lifecycle and compliance through relevant tools Utilize project and portfolio management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project Support adoption of enterprise architecture principles and cloud-based platforms Lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus in a matrixed environment Ensure technology services are optimized for efficiency and aligned with industry best practices

Requirements

Extensive experience of 10+ years in program or project delivery with 5+ years in offshore leadership roles Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; master's degree preferred Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-disciplinary technology programs across multiple time zones Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot development frameworks In-depth knowledge of agile, scrum, and devops methodologies Experience working with global delivery models and third-party vendors Competency in project and portfolio management tools such as Planview, Jira, Confluence, or MS Project Experience managing contractor lifecycle and compliance using tools like Fieldglass Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with influencing capability Demonstrated leadership in guiding cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment

Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
