Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the entire
recruitment delivery process
for multiple clients.
Handle
in-house recruitment
as well as
external client hiring
requirements.
Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements, priorities, and expectations.
Lead, motivate, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve delivery targets.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure timely submission of qualified profiles.
Maintain strong client relationships and act as a single point of contact for all delivery-related issues.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the business development team to ensure alignment of delivery capabilities with client needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment delivery
within a staffing or consulting firm.
Strong exposure to
in-house hiring
and
client management
.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Experience in handling international or large-scale recruitment projects (preferred).
