Bachelor's degree in

engineering / computer science / related field

MBA or leadership certifications are a plus

large offshore delivery portfolios (25 Mn+; ideally 75 Mn)

Experience leading

400+ resources

across multiple workstreams Strong

end-to-end delivery ownership

for large enterprise accounts Expertise in

operations management

, delivery governance, and execution Direct experience handling

billing, invoicing, and bill-rate escalations

Strong stakeholder management with

onsite leaders and client executives

Workforce planning:

hiring, onboarding, allocation, utilization

Experience driving

engineering excellence and delivery maturity

Strong leadership, escalation handling, and decision-making skills Excellent

communication and client-facing capabilities



Good-to-Have Skills




Experience working with

Telecom clients

Exposure to

Key Responsibilities




Manage operations for a

400+ member offshore portfolio

Own

end-to-end offshore delivery

for a

75 Mn account

, ensuring smooth execution across all workstreams Partner closely with

onsite leadership and telco stakeholders

Handle escalations related to

billing, invoicing, and bill-rates

Track delivery execution and drive

engineering excellence

across the portfolio Lead

workforce planning

, including hiring, onboarding, allocation, and utilization Mentor and guide

managers, team leads, and delivery teams

Drive

process improvements, automation, and delivery efficiency

Ensure adherence to

security, compliance, and audit requirements

Support

account growth

by identifying new opportunities and strengthening customer trust
