Role description

Job Title: Program Delivery Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for delivering large, complex programs within budget and schedule for a portfolio valued. Ensures adherence to delivery standards, drives governance, and manages cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of high-value programs, ensuring compliance with defined processes, quality standards, and governance models. Manage portfolio P&L ($3-5M) and support annual growth targets of 10-15%. Drive adoption of best-in-class delivery frameworks, engineering practices, RACI/RAID, and digital transformation initiatives. Engage with key customer stakeholders to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and continuous value delivery. Build and manage teams of 60-100 associates; provide mentoring, improve engagement, and strengthen capability development. Optimize delivery processes, apply cost levers, and monitor financial performance to improve profitability. Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and conduct regular reviews to track milestones and ensure on-time execution. Participate in SteerCo meetings and present program updates, risks, and recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong program and project management experience in large-scale delivery environments. Proven ability to manage P&L, financial planning, pricing models, and commercial strategies. Expertise in digital transformation, solution structuring, and customer value realization. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to mentor teams, resolve conflicts, and build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and industry-standard delivery practices.
