About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager from an IT services background who can lead end-to-end delivery for large-scale data engineering programs. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to the Telecom domain, with additional experience in Banking being an added advantage. This role requires extensive client handling, stakeholder management, and presales involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead delivery of complex Data Engineering and Data Platform projects across multiple accounts.
Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Act as the primary client-facing representative for Indian enterprise customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Partner with presales teams to create proposals, RFP responses, solutioning documents, and presentations.
Work closely with customers to understand business needs and translate them into executable delivery plans.
Drive operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement across projects.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including architecture, engineering, and business teams.
Monitor program KPIs, delivery metrics, financials, and resource planning.
Job Requirement
Required Skills & Experience
15-25 years of overall experience, preferably in an IT Services environment.
Strong Data Engineering background with understanding of data pipelines, cloud data platforms, ETL/ELT, and analytics.
Proven experience in the Telecom domain; exposure to Banking domain is a plus.
Hands-on Presales experience including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal creation.
Demonstrated ability in handling Indian enterprise clients, including senior business stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing large engineering and delivery teams.
