Engineering Leader Management
Demonstrates strong technical leadership in AWS Cloud and Python (or other programming languages), driving end-to-end delivery of cloud-native solutions. Responsibilities include planning, estimation, allocation and development of scalable applications using AWS services, while ensuring adherence to best practices in cloud security, DevOps and Agile execution.
Proven ability to lead end-end Agile projects with full ownership, ensuring timely delivery, proactive risk identification & mitigation strategies while maintaining high-quality standards across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Possesses a good understanding of software engineering frameworks, methodologies, and standard operating procedures to develop, and maintain scalable and reliable systems. Advocates for automation and continuous process improvement, fostering a culture of efficiency in software delivery.
Deploy, and debug cloud initiatives in accordance with best practices (e.g. AWS Cloud, Agile, Lean etc.). throughout the development lifecycle .
Exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI tools combined with strong software development expertise, enabling delivery of innovative, cloud-native solutions."

Education:
GraduateBachelors degree (any stream) .
Experience:
8 years of IT application development experience with 1 years as Project lead/Assistant Project Manager is recommended . Experience is not a constraint for the right candidate.
Skill:
Strong estimations skills, excellent people management skills, strong risk management skills, adequate technical knowledge and problem solving, crisp communication and time management skills required. Must have good interpersonal and excellent customer service skills.
