Responsibilities:
Delivery ManagementDemonstrates strong technical leadership in AWS Cloud and Python (or other programming languages), driving end-to-end delivery of cloud-native solutions. Responsibilities include planning, designing, effort estimation, allocation and developing cloud-based applications.
Proven ability to lead projects with full ownership, ensuring timely delivery, proactive risk identification, controlled reviews and adherence to high-quality standards across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Possesses a good understanding of software engineering frameworks, methodologies, and standard operating procedures to develop, and maintain scalable and reliable systems. Advocates for automation and continuous process improvement, fostering a culture of efficiency in software delivery.
Responsible for handling day-to-day Technology operations & continued focus on Service excellence. Effectively manages Incident & Problem Management -including SEV (Severity) management, while ensuring adherence to SLA & support metrics. Drive technical product enhancements to improve operational efficiency & system stability for supported applications
Deploying and debugging cloud initiatives as needed in accordance with best practices throughout the development lifecycle
Adoption of execution best practices (e.g. AWS Cloud, Agile, Lean etc.)
Builds engineering mindset within the team, promoting knowledge sharing, and robust documentation practices to elevate engineering excellence and delivery maturity.
Foster strong communication and partnership with Business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment & transparency
Stay current with industry trends, making recommendations as needed to help evolve our cloud solutions
Creating technical documentation around business requirements with clarity, completeness, and specifics.
Cross Functional team collaboration in areas of issue resolution, analysis & troubleshooting.
Process improvement & adherence
Establish and continually improve project management and execution processes including Risk Management, communication,, defect management & prevention
Status reporting, metrics generation & analysis.Assist the team on process enhancements, build dashboards & system health improvement initiatives
Analyze key metrics to identify trends and patterns, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and propose engineering-driven enhancements to product features aimed at improving the Technical Application Score.
Leverage automation and tooling to streamline RCA and accelerate the deployment of corrective actions.

Qualifications:
Must have 2-3 years of project management and people management experience. Must have worked on data management/integration projects. Must have experience in AWS with python as a programming language. Data warehousing, data integration.
