Title: Delivery Manager Location: Bangalore About the role: We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to ensure that the delivery of a project or service is successful. This includes managing the resources, budget, timeline, and scope of the project. They are also responsible for ensuring that the project meets customer expectations and is delivered on time and within budget. Experience: 3 to 5 years Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.
• Developing a deep understanding of projectsto gain insights into the scope of service delivery.
• Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting client\xe2\x80\x99s expectations, and driving future demand
• Analyzing third-party as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization
• Recommending methods of improvement and seeing that actions are implemented on time for service delivery upgrades
• Providing accurate and regular reportsto the management on performance of the service delivery
• Building strong relationships with teams and clients to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments
• Gain a deep understanding of client\xe2\x80\x99s experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
• Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between clients for post-incident reviews
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and met
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and escalate as needed
• Monitor and report on project progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high levels of communication and responsiveness
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close cross-selling and upselling deals

Required Skills:

• Proven work experience in delivery management or as an associate delivery managerfrom tech or any service based companies.
• Experience in dealing with third-party-provided services
• Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environment
• In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Solid resource planning and problem-solvingskills
• Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
• Bachelor\'s degree in business, engineering, or related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9700,000.00 - 91,000,000.00 per year Benefits:
