Job Description


The Delivery Manager/Lead, Acquisition will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of acquisition technology projects, optimizing team performance, and aligning with business objectives in a fast-paced, global fashion retail environment.
As a Delivery Manager/Lead, you will:

  • Lead the delivery of complex acquisition technology projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing technologists, developers, and stakeholders to ensure projects meet business needs.
  • Own project timelines, manage risks, and resolve delivery bottlenecks.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimize team processes.
  • Utilize data-driven metrics to monitor performance and demonstrate value delivery.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation.
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART
Must-Have Experience & Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience in delivery management, particularly with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional data engineering teams to deliver high-impact data solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align project deliverables with strategic business goals.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps).
  • Familiarity with marketing technology tools and platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Cloud, etc).
Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Education:
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist) are a plus.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in the retail industry, particularly within a global context.
  • Knowledge of marketing technology principles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing technology roles.
  • Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake), and data warehousing.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
