Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute daily delivery schedules
Ensure on-time, first-attempt deliveries
Minimize breakage, damage, and transit loss
Ensure accurate dispatch and proper documentation
Optimize routes, trips, and logistics costs
Manage drivers, helpers, and vehicles
Coordinate with sales team , warehouse
Requirements
3-6 years experience in logistics / delivery operations
Experience with bulky or fragile materials preferred
Strong team-handling and coordination skills
Familiarity with local routes in and around Kolkata
