In this Role you play key role in:

Generating the spare parts demand forecast based on the past trends, vehicle sales and type of spare parts
Discussing the forecast with sales and service and collect any market inputs Calculating the net spare parts ordering requirement based on forecast, inventory, pending orders etc. Creation of PR/PO requisitions for approvals and release of Purchase orders to suppliers Identify the urgent air/courier shipment requirements based on the stock levels, customer requests, service level etc.

Your profile

Coordinating with logistics and suppliers for timely delivery of goods to warehouse. Identify the critical items for spare parts based on the vehicle sales, type of spares etc. Define the spare parts inventory levels based on the norms and review of any mismatches across the nodes Review of inventory levels at warehouses, reporting of inventory and supply performance and making recommendations Understanding of servigistics or similar spare parts tools Working in US shifts and good communication skills Experience in working in automotive or industrial products spares parts distribution and planning
