Delivery Leader - Healthcare

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Leader with over 20 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, specifically within the Healthcare Payer sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating successfully with global, multi-location teams, demonstrating significant leadership capabilities to foster strong partnerships and drive client success.


This role requires a forward-thinking professional who is well-versed in emerging trends and technologies shaping the BPO landscape, including AI and data analytics. The Delivery Leader will be instrumental in managing and expanding existing healthcare accounts, ensuring top-tier service delivery and strategic growth.


Key Responsibilities



Collaborate cross-functionally with client and internal teams to build and sustain robust relationships that promote client satisfaction and business growth. Oversee delivery operations to guarantee alignment with client expectations, proactively identifying and resolving any challenges or obstacles. Drive the creation and implementation of process controls and performance metrics to ensure consistent achievement of desired client outcomes. Partner with account management to identify new growth opportunities within existing accounts and support their successful capture. Lead delivery teams by clearly communicating client requirements, fostering a culture of excellence, and delivering insightful reporting that supports value-driven decisions.

Experience & Qualifications



Extensive expertise with over 20 years in BPO services, emphasizing the US Healthcare Payer domain with a strong record of meeting and exceeding performance targets. Comprehensive knowledge of contact center operations across voice, chat, and email channels within healthcare, managing programs distributed across multiple locations and regions. Familiarity with leading contact center platforms such as Genesys and Avaya, including telephony, staffing, and scheduling frameworks. Strong understanding of diverse health plan types and outsourced solution models in the healthcare industry. Proficient in integrating new technological advancements like artificial intelligence and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency and client service. Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging C-level executives with clear data-driven presentations and strategic insights. Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire teams across departments, fostering a collaborative, results-focused environment.
