We are seeking a dynamic and visionary

Data & AI Transformation Leader

to shape the next phase of Molex's data and AI journey. This leader will bring strategic thinking, innovation mindset, and deep technical acumen to accelerate data maturity and drive enterprise-wide AI adoption in Molex. You will operate as a thought partner to Molex business leaders and collaborate closely with the Data & Analytics Delivery Leader to ensure strong alignment between strategy and execution.

What You Will Do

Strategic, Innovation & Thought Leadership

Co-own the strategic roadmap for Molex's Data & AI portfolio in partnership with delivery leadership and business stakeholders Drive the adoption of cutting-edge AI/ML capabilities, MLOps, data governance, and advanced analytics frameworks Translate Molex's business goals into transformational data strategies and scalable solutions. Serve as a change agent to unlock new business models using AI, generative AI, and intelligent automation Champion best practices around data product thinking, data mesh, and next-gen architecture principles Introduce leading-edge concepts to enable smarter, faster, and more impactful decision-making

Transformation Delivery

Shape and prioritize high-value AI use cases across business functions (manufacturing, supply chain, finance, etc.) Build collaborative partnerships with business, IT, and capability teams to design and incubate future-ready solutions Operate in a "2-in-a-box" model with the Molex D&A Delivery Leader to align execution with long term vision

Team Leadership & Executive Presence

Define and implement strategies for optimizing the performance of the current KCC Molex Data & AI team, including

talent recruitment, skill development, resource allocation

, and capacity planning Establish a

product mindset

, empowering the team to

lead innovation and take ownership

, moving away from traditional "service provider" roles Build a culture of

transparency, collaboration, and challenge

, enabling feedback loops and continuous improvement Exhibit strong

executive presence

in cross-functional settings, represent the Bangalore D&A team in leadership forums, ensuring strategic alignment and stakeholder confidence Inspire and mentor team members, cultivating a future-ready leadership bench

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

15+ years

of experience in Data & Analytics, including strong AI/ML expertise and enterprise transformation. Proven track record of driving

enterprise-level AI transformation initiatives

, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain or industrial domains. Strong

team leadership

skills - with the ability to

inspire, mentor, and align cross-functional teams

toward shared outcomes. Excellent

communication skills

and a

structured, analytical thinker

who can connect data science with business impact. Experience in building and leading

cross-functional, global teams

, ideally in a matrixed enterprise. Understanding of cloud-native AI platforms such as

AWS

,

Azure ML, Databricks, Snowflake Cortex, GCP Vertex AI.

Exposure to

governance frameworks for responsible AI

, including model interpretability, fairness, and compliance. Demonstrated

executive presence

, able to confidently present technical concepts to senior leaders and influence strategic decisions. Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the

latest advancements in AI, GenAI, and data science.

What Will Put You Ahead

Significant experience in leading Data & AI teams within large, global organizations. A track record of driving successful technological transformations and leading teams through innovation and digital transformation. Experience in cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, and large-scale software development projects grown from hands-on experience in the past. Strong understanding of the technical talent market and ability to strategically address workforce needs.
