What You Will Do
Strategic, Innovation & Thought Leadership
Co-own the strategic roadmap for Molex's Data & AI portfolio in partnership with delivery leadership and business stakeholders
Drive the adoption of cutting-edge AI/ML capabilities, MLOps, data governance, and advanced analytics frameworks
Translate Molex's business goals into transformational data strategies and scalable solutions.
Serve as a change agent to unlock new business models using AI, generative AI, and intelligent automation
Champion best practices around data product thinking, data mesh, and next-gen architecture principles
Introduce leading-edge concepts to enable smarter, faster, and more impactful decision-making
Transformation Delivery
Shape and prioritize high-value AI use cases across business functions (manufacturing, supply chain, finance, etc.)
Build collaborative partnerships with business, IT, and capability teams to design and incubate future-ready solutions
Operate in a "2-in-a-box" model with the Molex D&A Delivery Leader to align execution with long term vision
Team Leadership & Executive Presence

15+ years
of experience in Data & Analytics, including strong AI/ML expertise and enterprise transformation.
Proven track record of driving
