Summary: As a Delivery Lead, you will oversee the complete delivery process or specific components of a contract, ensuring that operational, contractual, and financial commitments are met. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams, monitoring service quality, and identifying opportunities for additional work, all while maintaining a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in managing delivery outcomes and fostering relationships that can lead to further business opportunities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Minimum 12 + years of experience with SAP either Technical or any Functional area - Experience in Implementation of SI/AD Projects - Experience in managing resources and leading teams above 50+ - Overall delivery lead responsibilities including and not limiting to below: - E2E delivery of the contracts committed through DCSO by ATCI - MyWizard updates - Participating in DLR calls and present status of the project - Estimation of CRs and its alignment before present to the design board - Managing conflicts between objects during the delivery - Retrofit challenges - SAP certification drive, harvesting drives across the project - Proficiency assessment drive across the project - Gen AI and Automation Initiatives - Working with various capabilities to organize trainings specific to niche skills based on demands in pipeline for next 3-6 months - RFP support across ME from technical side Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs. - Ability to integrate SAP solutions with other systems and platforms. - Familiarity with SAP HANA database concepts and data modeling. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - Should have worked in India or Middle East geography and should be aware of the nuances.
