Lead, mentor, and manage the entire support team responsible for project delivery.
Oversee tasks allocation & track performance to ensure alignment with project priorities.
Ensure clarity in task ownership and expectations through effective planning and communication.
Operational Oversight
Monitor the progress of support operations and project deliverables using relevant tracking tools and dashboards.
Identify delays, risks, or resource gaps early and take corrective action to keep timelines on track.
Track and manage project pipelines, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Tech/Development team to identify and remove any technical roadblocks impacting the support process.
Liaise with Sales, Product, and Curriculum teams to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment.
Act as the communication bridge between support and leadership.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Evaluate current delivery workflows and identify areas for efficiency enhancement.
Standardize processes where possible, remove redundancies, and introduce automation or tools to streamline operations.
Implement best practices and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Quality & Process Management
Track team productivity, task completion rates, SLA adherence, and other delivery metrics.
Enforce quality assurance processes to maintain high standards across all outputs.
Conduct regular reviews to assess performance and implement feedback mechanisms.
Reporting & Communication
Provide regular updates to the CEO and leadership team on delivery progress, risks, and improvement initiatives.
Deliver actionable insights and data to support decision-making and strategy development.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Act as the operational face of the organization during school visits, reviews, or escalations.
Present grading outcomes and support-related insights to school leadership when needed.
Support the Sales team in transitioning and onboarding new schools into operational workflows.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education, Project Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project delivery, team management, or operations--preferably in the EdTech, Education, or E-learning sectors.
Proven ability to manage diverse teams and handle multiple simultaneous projects.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with educational content production workflows and delivery tools.
Ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining quality control.
Experience working cross-functionally with tech, sales, and product teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working with AI/ML-driven products (especially in EdTech or assessment tech).
Familiarity with school curricula (CBSE, ICSE, or regional boards).
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Willingness to travel to client schools occasionally for demos, reviews, or escalations.
