We help insurers redefine their customer experience while accelerating their innovation agenda to drive sustainable growth by transforming to an intelligent operating model. Intelligent Insurance Operations combines our advisory, technology, and operations expertise, global scale, and robust ecosystem with our insurance transformation capabilities. It is structured to address the scope and complexity of the ever-changing insurance environment and offers a flexible operating model that can meet the unique needs of each market segment. Insurance is a legal agreement between two parties the insurer and the insured, also known as insurance coverage or insurance policy. The insurer provides financial coverage for the losses of the insured that s/he may bear under certain circumstances Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting refers to the process of collecting, processing, & presenting business data to help organizations make informed decisions. It involves using software & tools to transform raw data into meaningful insights through reports, dashboards, & visualizations.

What are we looking for?

Develop and execute the investment strategy aligned with the company's risk appetite, underwriting cycle, and capital objectives. Manage multi-asset portfolios, with a strong focus on fixed income, short-duration assets, and high-quality credit suitable for P&C liabilities. Optimize asset allocation for yield, liquidity, and solvency efficiency. Oversee investment performance reporting to senior leadership, Board Investment Committee, and regulators. Identify, select, and evaluate external investment managers, funds, and strategies. Monitor manager performance, risk behaviors, and mandate adherence. Provide guidance to junior team members on portfolio analytics, research, and reporting. Present investment insights, market updates, and strategic recommendations to senior executives and board committees. Drive continuous improvement through automation, analytics, and data-driven insights. 16-20 years of investment management experience, preferably in an insurance, asset management, or institutional investing environment. Deep understanding of P&C insurance balance sheets, claims patterns, and regulatory frameworks. Proven experience managing fixed income-heavy institutional portfolios. Experience in a P&C insurer with both long-tail and short-tail portfolios. Exposure to climate/ESG considerations in insurance investing. Experience working with global investment managers and custodians.
