Responsible for Operations growth and expansion for the client - client management, origination, pipeline, diversification to new offerings, pursuit management, sales, total revenue growth

oRelationship Management Develop strong relationships with Client Leadership with a deep understanding of the client's leadership structure, business dynamics and overall strategy Considered a member of the Accenture Account Team Act as a trusted advisor to the Client Leadership team oAccount Growth Drive growth opportunities by shaping valued transformation for the client, aligned with their priorities and ambitions Drive origination and sales to achieve year-on-year revenue growth; including opportunities to expand/diversify the offerings Partner with Operations Offering Leadership to tailor applicable Value Propositions to drive sole-source opportunities and increase wins on competitive opportunities Take the client on the journey to "intelligent operations" with our leading-edge capabilities oClient outcomes & transformation Structure team and drive governance to meet operational, contractual, and economic commitments Understand client expectations and ensure achievement of transformation and committed outcomes Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities oClient satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are being met, monitor progress and address any issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions to drive differentiated and industry-leading outcomes for the client oEngage and develop high performing teams Work in partnership with delivery teams to ensure seamless delivery through the network of client experience centers Pursue ongoing skill and knowledge development to increase competency, leadership skills and ensure client relevancy
