What would you do? o Understanding of an outsourced processing environment in the Financial Services sector. o Experience with Commercial Credit Operations BPO services or Strong understanding of Banking domain. Commercial Real Estate servicing is preferred. o Should be in a client facing role and can demonstrate with examples how effectively he has managed clients escalations o Should have experience of presenting the capability to prospects clients and work closely with sales team for new opportunities. o "Continuous Process Improvement"/Lean Processing experience to ensure correct "mindset" when performing operational activity. o Optional: Team leadership and management experience with an experience of handling larger teams for multiple locations o Should have had managers of multifunctional teams reporting to him/her in the past and ideally worked in an operations environment. The Corporate banking /Wholesale banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations processes trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business. Develop and deliver core banking solutions for the applications that process the essential functions of banks, including account management, interest calculations, cash deposits and withdrawals processing, customer management and product management.
