Summary: As a Delivery Lead, you will oversee the complete delivery process, ensuring that all operational, contractual, and financial commitments are met. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams, monitoring service quality, and identifying opportunities for additional work. You will play a crucial role in maintaining efficiency and driving the success of projects, while also fostering a collaborative environment among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with performance optimization techniques in SAP environments. - Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 development. - Ability to integrate SAP solutions with other enterprise applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
