What would you do?

? Oversee and manage the day-to-day payment (direct debit indemnities, international payments, cheque operations) and card operations (fulfilment, servicing and chargeback) ensuring efficient and customer-centric services. ? Sound understanding on international payments and clearing process (including reconciliations) ? Expertise in payment and card systems and mechanisms. Good understanding of payment and card operations including cheque processing, cross border payments, payment exceptions, card fulfilment, chargeback and servicing ? Review electronic payments, payment investigations and reconciliations ? Drive the development and implementation of new payment and card products, services, and digital solutions to meet customer needs and market demands ? Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, increase market share, and achieve revenue target Banking services refer to the various financial services provided by banks to their customers. It includes account opening, kyc, managing accounts, processing transactions, offering loans and credit cards and mortgages, providing investment products, insurance servies and facilitating payments. Banks aim to help individuals and businesses manage their finances efficiently and securely. Develop and deliver core banking solutions for the applications that process the essential functions of banks, including account management, interest calculations, cash deposits and withdrawals processing, customer management and product management.

What are we looking for?

? Roles and Responsibilities:

oIn this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility o The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors o Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals o Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach o Some latitude in decision-making in involved o you will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments o Decisions individual at this role makes have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility o The person manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
