What would you do?

Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Manage Client HR Payroll Delivery team and ensure alignment with Clients' business and payroll strategic objectives. Act as primary connection between Delivery team and Clients HR leadership for specific business lines. May include design/implementation of local employee engagement and recognition programs, providing mobility services, planning/delivering training, coaching, mentoring and supervision. Manages delivery service of People Advisors. Payroll experience into US/UK/International Define the payroll service delivery model. Define roles and responsibilities of the payroll organization including processing, administration, garnishments, taxes, time and attendance, shared service center, call center, and others. Define roles and responsibilities of payroll related jobs and positions.

What are we looking for?

o A Bachelor degree (or equivalent) OR bachelor's degree with a focus in Human Resources Management or Business Management related discipline. o A Human Resources designation/certification preferred. o Minimum of 6+ years Human Resources and global payroll generalist experience or business role providing deep insight into HR related matters o Minimum of 5+ years HR and Global Payroll service delivery management experience o Ability to provide on-site support at client locations as needed o Demonstrated experience delivering competitive industry best practice HR solutions o Experience in creating successful and productive high level working relationships as a means of driving strategy, solution development and services delivery o Significant work experience at executive and/or senior management level (program management, project management and sales experience) o Extensive experience in management of global or geographically distributed teams o Deep understanding of Accenture's business operations and business strategy o A high degree of business acumen including an understanding of the financial implications of HR services/ Solutions o Ability to support / develop HR strategy for global account's service line o HR Experience o Contact Center Experience o Problem Solving o Service Quality Management o Workday Experience o MS Office Experience o Operational Excellence o Substantial knowledge and understanding of client business and industry o Innovative problem solving and decision making o Strong Coaching/ Partnering capability combined with a demonstrated role providing deep insight into HR related matters


Roles and Responsibilities:

oAccount Management and HR ProcessesoAccountable for Account talent management and developmentoDevelop and implement a clear demand logging process for the accountoBe the focal point in coordinating the demands coming from the respective projects within the accountoWorks closely with the various demand fulfilment channels (internal DTEs, contractor exchange, Delivery Centers, etc.) to ensure the demands are filled in a timely manner and with the right sourcing strategy oOversight of Account on-boarding, orientation, integrationoFacilitate annual performance management activities for accountoProvide performance support and coaching at the worksiteoWork with HR Business Partners to evaluate account needs and propose HR solutionsoDrives Account wide engagement programs working to understand/sustain/improve employee engagement and maximize retentionoProvide oversight of all major HR processes from a client perspective oMonitor and evaluate HR trends highlighting implications for the clientoAccountable for the coordination and delivery of human resource activities across the account oAct as liaison with appropriate GU/OG/GP HR leadership and other HR teamsoIdentify People programs to put in place at AccountoParticipate in recruitment and performance management of HR team membersoProvide coaching and guidance on career development of team members (training, supervision, evaluation) Sales SupportoSupport the selling of large complex deals at an appropriate stage in the sales lifecycle Advisory and Coachingo Advise client account leadership regarding HR aspects of key business strategies, issues and decisions and potential problem areas oCoach and advise account and engagement leads and employees (when necessary) in people matters relevant to the account and business segment at the worksite o - Advise Account leadership in career development activitiesoEffectively coach/counsel othersoPeople Initiatives & Team buildingoResponsible for coordinating all people's program efforts, optimizing employee engagement and work experience, across the accountoFacilitate teamwork and process integration across the teamoResponsible for the engagement of team membersoContribute to a positive work environment and promote teamworkoDetermine appropriate HR team model to maximize HR support in context of overall account needsoLead/participate in setting account-wide Human Capital Strategy and people's initiatives ooRequests and assigns resources and responsibilities within the service line to deliver business results.
