What would you do?

Global Process Leadership: o Drive ongoing standardization, simplification, and governance of S2C processes across clients and geographies. o Act as the central point of accountability for process harmonization, integrity, effectiveness, and alignment to strategic sourcing goals and business requirements. o Translate approved process designs into executable operating models including SOPs, desktop procedures and supporting documentation. oContinuous Improvement & Transformation: o Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities through process analytics, root cause analysis, and stakeholder feedback. o Investigate process performance and lead cross-functional design workshops to drive measurable enhancements. o Technology Enablement, Intelligent Automationb & Innovation: o Spearhead the infusion of intelligent procurement practices, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities including agentic into S2C processes to modernize S2C delivery, enhance efficiency, compliance and insight. o Leverage hands-on experience with sourcing and contracting tools to ensure processes are design and executed in ways that align with system capabilities. o Identify and champion digital enablers and emerging technologies that increase efficiency, accuracy, and business value. o Partner with technology, product and delivery teams to align process requirements with tool configuration and deployment realities. o Operational Excellence: o Define and deploy quality frameworks, SOPs, and Desktop Procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality execution aligned to client expectations. o Assist in Statements of Work (SOW) creation, solution walkthroughs, and validation activities during mobilization phases. o Support knowledge transfer planning, onboarding infrastructure, and global training programs. o Cross-Functional Collaboration: o Collaborate across all S2C functional towers (e.g., sourcing, contracting, risk, supplier onboarding) to assess and implement process changes. o Align with client stakeholders, Accenture delivery leads, and COEs to embed best practices and drive process ownership accountability. o Communicate process recommendations clearly, grounding guidance in operational experience and technology considerations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

o Identify and assess complex process challenges requiring in-depth analysis and tailored solutions. o Align recommendations with broader strategic direction set by leadership. o Engage directly with senior internal and client stakeholders and internal and client leadership, often involving complex decision-making. o Exercise judgment and autonomy to determine the best methods for new and evolving assignments. o Flag risks proactively and present action plans that mitigate impact to clients and Accenture. o Lead or contribute to medium-to-large scale client initiatives, managing teams or workstreams as needed. o Create a culture of innovation, fostering continuous improvement and automation within the S2C function. oTechnology & AI Literacy o Practical experience using sourcing, contracting, and procurement platforms as part of day-to-day S2C execution. o Comfort leveraging digital and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, insight, and quality within sourcing and contracting processes. o Ability to advise stakeholders on how to apply technology and AI within S2C workflows, even where tools and capabilities continue to evolve. o Curiosity and willingness to adopt new tools and ways of working that improve speed, quality, and risk management.
