Job Name: Delivery Lead - Recruitment

We are now looking for Delivery Lead to manage our Recruitment process. The team is fully focused on Embedded and Semicon domain and you will be responsible to work in this vertical. The team operates in Global market and you are expected to recruit people from any locations.

Role Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates to meet business needs. Drives recruitment strategy, manages sourcing, streamlines processes, and ensures stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:

Define and implement recruitment plans aligned with business goals.

Sourcing:

Attract top talent through job portals, social media, and networking.

Candidate Management:

Oversee the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding. Maintain accurate records on ATS

Client & Stakeholder Management:

Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.

Process Improvement:

Optimize recruitment workflows for efficiency and quality.

Reporting:

Track key metrics and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes.

Key Skills

Experience in VLSI and Embedded Domain Graduates from HR related field or from any other field Strong leadership and communication Strategic and analytical thinking Proven recruitment and talent sourcing expertise Industry and market knowledge Problem-solving and decision-making
