Summary: As a Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large and complex projects, ensuring that appropriate frameworks are utilized while collaborating with sponsors to effectively manage scope and risk. Your typical day will involve driving profitability and success by overseeing service quality and cost, measuring progress, and communicating updates to leadership within established time frames. You will also proactively support sales initiatives through innovative solutions and a commitment to delivery excellence, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages team engagement and success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives. - Mentor junior professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in financial reporting and consolidation processes. - Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
