Bangalore/ Gurgaon, IndiaThe Delivery Lead co-owns end-to-end delivery of business solutions for the scope of the Delivery Team with Transformation & Change Delivery (TCD) Delivery Lead; Understands the strategy, needs and challenges of the business partners s/he supports as well as the end-to-end processes for those businesses. Oversees all applications supporting that customer group to ensure service levels are received and system changes are delivered to expectation. Accountable for the design, delivery, and support of solution.DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include?xc2xb7 Leading an impactful application delivery team supporting AXA XLs Actuarial Reserving business functions.xc2xb7 Working closely with key business stakeholders to manage critical actuarial reserving processes including monthly, quarterly and annual cycles to meet local, regulatory and AXA group deadlines.xc2xb7 Manage end to end data processing from Insurance systems through to Actuarial Databases and Actuarial Reserving Reporting Systems working collaboratively with cross functional teams ensuring reserving data integrity throughout the architecture.xc2xb7 Supporting business managed applications ensuring adherence to AXA XL architecture and security design principles.xc2xb7 Delivering high impact bespoke and packaged solutions leveraging hands on design, development, technical architecture experience leading global teams including internal staff and external vendor resources and successfully delivering complex business solutions.xc2xb7 Establish the scope of services, service levels, and key processes required to deliver application services within the application portfolio.xc2xb7 Produce and maintain the roadmap of change associated to application group.xc2xb7 Align team to high-level organization goals and objectives.xc2xb7 Manage and report on budget and resource allocation and utilization.xc2xb7 Monitor supplier performance reports and address concerns.xc2xb7 Review and approve contracts for a predetermined level of authority.xc2xb7 Assist procurement to manage vendor relations and maintaining vendor accountability.xc2xb7 Oversee Continuous Service Improvement initiatives to ensure continuously improving processes and capabilities.xc2xb7 Interface with internal and external auditors.xc2xb7 Support resolution of escalated risks and issues as a part of service delivery.xc2xb7 Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.xc2xb7 Produce high-level estimates as needed.xc2xb7 May participate as a member of a Major Incident Team.xc2xb7 Manage threats to application assets.xc2xb7 Protect and maintain AXA XLs Intellectual Property.xc2xb7 Ensure all processes are documented and maintained.xc2xb7 Develop change management strategies and approaches and assist business partners with readiness and change implementation.xc2xb7 Provides audit support for both internal and external assessments; Articulates policies and standards as appropriate and provides all required evidence on a timely basis. Owns the completion of any action plans.xc2xb7 Ensures the Solution Delivery Center adheres to Information Security policies and standards for secure coding and manages risk acceptances.xc2xb7 In collaboration with Procurement, manages RFI/RFPs, contract negotiations and delivery of contract terms. Also manages clean termiSolution Delivery Center of contracts with vendors who consistently underperform.You will report to the Head of Application Solutions, Delivery.QualificationsSHARE your talentWere looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:xc2xb7 Experience leading global application development teams supporting Reserving systems for Insurance Industry.xc2xb7 Experience delivering large data systems with data interactions extending to SaaS and internal environments.xc2xb7 Hand on experience building applications using SQL, Python and Databricks environment.xc2xb7 Demonstrated leadership skills delivering high impact bespoke and packaged solutions for the insurance industry.xc2xb7 Demonstrated hands on design, development, technical architecture experience leading global teams including internal staff and external vendor resources and successfully delivering complex business solutions.xc2xb7 Expert level experience in planning and executing complex, large scale initiatives or operational area.xc2xb7 Budget, supply, and resource management for in scope applications and services.xc2xb7 Hold suppliers accountable for performance against Service Levels.xc2xb7 Ensure appropriate SoWs / SLAs exist for all development vendor engagements.xc2xb7 Measurable improvements in service delivery over time.xc2xb7 High customer confidence in delivery capability.xc2xb7 Internal and external audit support.xc2xb7 Risk identification and mitigation.xc2xb7 Knowledge Management strategy for process, training and applications.Desired Skills and Abilities:xc2xb7 Effective communication skills, particularly on key matters relating to the application grouping to stakeholders.xc2xb7 Stakeholder management.xc2xb7 Proven planning and organization skills, creating own work schedules, prioritizing workload, preparing in advance and setting realistic timescales.xc2xb7 Adaptable to new/different strategies, programs, technologies, practices, cultures, etc. Comfortable with change, able to easily make transitions.xc2xb7 Experience with AS400, Mainframe, DB2 and Informatica technologies.
