Monitor daily delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Handle escalations related to delays, missing items, or customer complaints.
Ensure high standards of customer service by maintaining communication with clients and resolving issues quickly.
Collect feedback to improve delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
Act as the point of contact between Kitchens, customers, and delivery teams.
Collaborate with kitchens, Delivery Executives to ensure smooth order flow.
Monitor food handling and packaging to maintain freshness and safety.
Ensure compliance with local delivery regulations, traffic rules, and health standards.
Track delivery metrics (on-time delivery rate, customer complaints, delivery cost).
Prepare daily/weekly reports for management on operations and team performance.
Address last-minute order changes, vehicle breakdowns, or staffing shortages.
Implement contingency plans for peak hours, holidays, or system outages.
Oversee the use of delivery management software, GPS tracking, and mobile apps.
Support drivers with technical or app-related issues.
Admiring the professional dress code.
Interact/collaborate with other departments.
