What will your essential responsibilities include?

• Drive the defined Anaplan vision & strategy with active Stakeholder engagement across Finance - ensuring a holistic consideration for the Anaplan models (e.g., Insurance, Allocations, Lloyd's, IFRS 17, etc.)
• Partner with model owners in defining how Anaplan is best utilized in their end-to-end process (e.g., PB&F, LE Controllers, Corporate for Allocations, FBP's, Ceded Re, Actuarial, etc.) while complying with overall Anaplan vision & strategy
• Coordinate annual review of Anaplan vision & strategy with Stakeholders including prioritization of future enhancements
• Coordinate discussion for prioritization of the requests/enhancements
• Build business cases (as needed) & gather business requirements for approved requests
• Collaborate with Anaplan model builders on model definitions/designs & prioritized development
• Performing scenario modelling in Anaplan
• Monitor status of projects impacting Anaplan including conducting Functional Testing efforts & coordination of User Acceptance Testing and Production sign-off with the Stakeholder community
• Provide training materials, training sessions, & support for the Anaplan user community
• Support BAU activities (e.g., Source system data loads, Perform scenario modelling, Interface results downstream, etc.)
• Liaise with Ops & Tech partners on optimizing licensing & space requirements
• High level coordination with the PB&F team and source data team to ensure that expiring data loaded into to the budget is in the correct structure for the following year's budget

• University Graduate/Post Graduate with 15+ years of experience with 15 years of experience in Insurance/Reinsurance Planning focus.
• Accounting knowledge; Chartered Accountant a plus
• Anaplan system and scenario modeling knowledge
• Strong proficiency in querying and manipulating large data sets for analytical purposes
• Experience with communication and analytical tools, such as MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
• High energy, strong work ethic, willingness to do whatever it takes to get to the results
• Comfort with ambiguity & ability to influence others and gain acceptance for your ideas
• Excellent problem-solving skills and root cause analysis
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong Analytical skills
